Shipping policy

Almost everything we sell is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Every order has two steps: production, then delivery. Estimates below are typical, not promises.

How long it takes

• Production (printing, embroidery, packing): 2 to 7 business days
• Delivery within the United States: 2 to 7 business days after it ships
• Delivery to most other countries: 7 to 20 business days after it ships

Busy seasons, holidays and customs checks can add time. Orders with more than one item can ship in separate packages from different production partners, so you may get a tracking email for each.

Coffee

Despierta Carajo is a preorder. It ships after launch, and we email you the day your bag goes out.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what is in your cart. We show the full cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to many countries. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet. Email support@wakethefup.app and tell us where you are.

Taxes, duties and import fees

Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies. For international orders, your country may also charge import duties or customs fees when the package arrives. Those are set by your country and are your responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Wrong address

Check your address before you pay. We cannot change it once an item is in production. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address, you will need to pay to send it again.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not moved for 10 days, email support@wakethefup.app with your order number and we will chase it and, if it is lost, replace it or refund you.
